How we buy

When Tanuki Capital GK takes on a company, Continuity First is the rule — not a slogan.

1. Staff continuity

   Employees stay in their roles. The name and the customers do not have to change.

2. Local management

   The owner recommends who should take the work — someone already inside the company. We promote them; the raise is paid from the company’s own profits. We do not run the shop from overseas, and we are not here to change what works.

3. Japanese partners · profit stays in Japan

   Specialist work goes to Japanese firms as needed. Profit earned in Japan stays in Japan to pay people and the company’s own costs.

4. Confidentiality

   Succession talks stay with us. We do not shop a company’s name to other buyers.

5. After transfer

   We do not contact staff until the owner has spoken with them. We hold for the long term.

Tanuki Capital GK is based in Sapporo and is an independent subsidiary of Tanuki Capital LLC.

買い方

合同会社が会社を引き取るとき、先にあるのは「続けること」です。

1. 職員の継続

   職員は現職のまま。看板もお客様との関係も、変える必要はありません。

2. 現地経営

   引退後の職責は、現経営者に推薦していただきます。社内の方を昇格させ、昇給は会社の利益から出します。遠くから店を回すことはしません。すでに動いているものを変えに来る買い手でもありません。

3. 日本のパートナー · 利益は日本に

   専門業務は必要に応じ日本の業者へ。日本で得た利益は、人件費と会社の経費のために日本に残します。

4. 秘密保持

   承継の相談は外に出しません。会社の名前を他の買い手に回すこともありません。

5. 譲渡のあと

   職員への連絡は、現経営者から話があった後です。長く持ちます。
